La Comunidad

San Ysidro is our home base. We donate food to neighbors and celebrate local art with our colorful mural. El Rincon has grown by word of mouth, one happy mesa at a time.

Founded in 2017 by Silvana and family, El Rincon brings authentic Guadalajara cuisine to San Ysidro in the South Bay. This isn’t an Americanized take, it’s the real thing. Guests often tell us it feels like mom’s or abuelita’s kitchen, because it is. We keep it real—con sabor, corazón, and a little humor. English y Español bienvenidos.
